now not due until Monday, October 5
- Programming Project 2: CPU Scheduler Simulation [HTML] [PDF] coding
now on the late clock, writeup Tuesday night
- Lab 5: Concurrency [HTML] [PDF] is now due, will
make sample solutions available after sufficient time to allow
late submissions
- More exam info:
- topics up to but not including classical problems of synchronization
- this means 7a on the practice exam would not be covered (that
one will be part of a mini lab going out today)
- that topic will be part of an in-class quiz soon once you have
had more practice with it
- ground rules: open notes, open zyBook, you can refer to your
own labs and any class examples, topic notes on the course web
site
- will be handwritten on good old fashioned paper (anyone
required to be remote, we will make needed arrangements)
- will be designed to take 90 minutes, you will have 120
- Q&A about upcoming exam or other work in progress
- Two new labs to work on
