  • The written work for Lab 3 is due at the start of class on Wednesday.
  • Circuits must be demonstrated by Wednesday afternoon.
• Exam 1 Details:
  • The exam will cover topics up to the very beginnings of our discussion of digital logic (lectures, lecture assignments, labs up to September 24).
  • You will have an opportunity to ask questions in class on Wednesday before the exam is distributed.
  • The exam will be distributed at the end of class on Wednesday. We will go through the questions together and there will be another round of questions and answers (though answers will be limited to question clarifications once the exam is out).
  • The exam will be due at 4:00 PM, Friday, October 5. Submission will be electronic.
• Today: Work on the circuits for Lab 3.
  • Introduction to the digital logic lab equipment.
  • Drawing a pin-and-chip diagram.
  • Building the circuits.
