Computer Science 112
The Art & Science of Computer Graphics
Fall 2015, The College of Saint Rose
Agenda
Choose an interesting class example or one of your previous labs and modify it so that it generates at least one image with each of the following properties:
Please demonstrate your program or submit your updated model file by email before you leave class. Email submissions should use a meaningful subject line, clearly indicating the course number and assignment name.
Due at the start of class, Wednesday, October 28.
Please submit answers to these questions either as a hard copy (typeset or handwritten are OK) or by email to terescoj AT strose.edu by the start of class. Please use a clear subject line when submitting by email (e.g., CSC 112 Lecture 15 Assignment , Joe Student). We will discuss these questions at the start of class, so no late submissions are accepted.
We didn't have a chance before the exam for everyone to try out a surface image. Create a model which includes at least two Materials that use a surface image or grain image. Apply your materials to a cube, a sphere, and a mesh (like the one in the Billboard) example. Remember your image files need to be in a subfolder called images, and must be in PNG format. (10 points)
