Please submit answers to these questions in Blackboard by the start of class. We will discuss these questions at the start of class, so no late submissions are accepted.

  1. In an effort to get to know you and to make sure you know how to find me, please stop by my office (Albertus Hall 400-6) and introduce yourself as a Computer Science 112 student (within a week). Obviously, you don't have to submit this queston in Blackboard. (1 point)
  2. Tell me about your experience with computers. Are you familiar with the Macintosh environment? Have you done any programming? ("No" is a perfectly acceptable answer to these!) (3 points)
  3. What movies and/or other media that make extensive use of computer-generated images or animation stand out in your mind? What is it about these that made you think of them as an answer to this question? (3 points)
